Nuvyn Botanical Caps is a food supplement sold by Eurico Augusto Piedade Lopes Belo. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on this site does not constitute medical advice.

3. Ordering & Sale Process

To place an order, you submit your name and telephone number via the order form. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. A member of our team will call you to confirm your order, agree delivery details, and answer any questions. The contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by telephone.

Prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, but the price confirmed during your telephone confirmation call is the price you pay.

Payment is made on delivery - cash or by card to the courier. No online payment is processed.

4. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch by informing us during the confirmation call or by contacting us via email or phone. Once dispatched, you may refuse delivery - the order will be cancelled automatically.

5. Returns & Statutory Rights

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return unopened products. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected. See our Return Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eurico Augusto Piedade Lopes Belo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or product. Our liability for direct loss is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.
