1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and, where applicable, the principles of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

Returns are accepted only for unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging. Food supplement products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This is a lawful exception under UK and EU consumer law for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed.

3. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch. Please inform us during the confirmation call or contact us by email at info@vibrantkneesbrig.world or by telephone at +44 20 7946 0812. No charge will be made for cancellations before dispatch.

4. Refusing Delivery

As payment is made on delivery, you may simply decline the parcel at the door. Your order will be cancelled automatically, and no charge will be applied.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@vibrantkneesbrig.world or by phone within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intention to return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
  4. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Since payment is made on delivery, a refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned goods. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product, via bank transfer or other agreed method. We will contact you to arrange this.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.
